Twinning Visit June 2024

As part of the annual commitment between the two communities St Peter Port and RGLI representatives attended Masnieres in early June this year. Part of the mission was to engage with local officals and schools as part of our ongoing student exchange program. Visists and talks were given at two of the schools in Masnieres, tgether with further research on the history of the regiemt in Northern France, visits to battlefield sites and bunkers and also meetings wth arcitects for the No16 Rue Verte project that the Trust will launch later this year. It was also the opportunity for teams from both sides to meet.
